3. You are in no way affiliated with the Jagex corporation, minus the participation in the playing of the game of RuneScape.

5. Dark Divinity and its owners are not responsible for any loss of Jagex Ltd incurred by Dark Divinity, in whole or in part.
6. If you donate, there is no refund. If you use the paypal "refund" feature, legal action will be taken, as you are bound legally to these terms of service the moment you accept.
7. Any and all 3rd party software allowing you to gain an unfair advantage over other users is forbidden. Any 3rd party software created or used with malicious intent that causes any damage whatsoever to Dark Divinity will result in the pressing of charges against you in a court of law.
8. By accepting the terms of service, you waive any and all charges pressed against any of Dark Divinity's owners or users in a court of law. You also agree that the owners and users of Dark Divinity are not responsible or liable for any damages to any company or any person because of direct or indirect actions made by the owners or users of Dark Divinity.
9. If deemed necessary by the owners of Dark Divinity, by accepting the Terms of Service you agree to allow the posting of your personal information on the Dark Divinity website. You agree to not hold any of Dark Divinity's owners or users liable for any damages resulting directly or indirectly in the posting of your personal information.By accepting the Terms of Service, or viewing the Dark Divinity website beyond this page in any way, you agree to be legally bound by the Terms of Service, and you waive any law protecting you from the Terms of Service in a court of law.
